Get ready… Set… Run! Beautiful 30-minute run on the North Shore at sunset yesterday. I had a lot on my mind and needed to clear my head. I get into these flows when I want to run every day, and then I drop it and don’t run for an entire month. I’ve never managed to get consistent when it comes to running.
