Hi Rachel! Very interested in attending this retreat…. I would absolutely love to be apart of this experience. I know they sell out fast, so I was wondering if you could inform me when I should try to sign up by before it sells out? How many spots are offered for each retreat? Thank you!

    Hi Rachel!
I have been contemplating for a while if I should go to Tulum Mexico for a yoga retreat with people I know not well but I have met them–or go to Anayama yoga retreat in Costa Rica. This message is for Rachel to help me decide what I should do. Obviously, financials are something I have to consider as someone who has just started on their career–I’m a yoga instructor on the side (although I would love to make that my full time passion!) The Costa Rica trip is about only 1400 plus airfare and the Mexico trip is 2863 plus airfare (going with a yoga studio I met while in California). I would hate to disappoint these people if I say I choose the other place over them due to cost, but it is something I have to consider, right!? Anyway, I know you have these amazing life experiences and have traveled to many locations. I have not yet left my country and really want to make it happen. I also would love to make it to your yoga retreat in April or later in the future one day! I need a vacation now though (November I have vacation planned) and would love some advice, heart to heart, to tell me how to make this decision ( not good with decisions as you can see). You are beautiful, honest, inspiring and someone I look up to. I follow you on your instagram account and tear up at times with some of the posts that you post. You are so real and that is the exact kind of friend, sister, daughter, yoga instructor and person I want to be. If there is any advice you could give me, I could use some. You can call me too!

  3. Jacqueline says:

Hi, I would love to sign up for this retreat but my main worry is about my age and experience! I am a (young at heart!) 56 yr old english woman living in France. I have travelled extensively, have four (wonderful!) grown kids, practice meditation and mindfulness and have a deep interest in spirituality and healing. I try to practice yoga on a daily basis but often struggle to make time in my busy days to fulfil my intentions! I’m worried that I’ll not be fit or supple enough to keep up with the group and would need to go at my own pace at times. Is there a minimum yoga expertise required to make this experience worthwhile? Would this work for me, or would I be an old fish out of the carribean waters? Please be honest! Thank you, x🐚🙏🏻💖🌛🌺🌞

      Hi Jacqueline,

We love your spirit so much. You are most welcome to join Rachel’s retreat! Our groups are always very diverse in age, yoga practitioner level, and more. In the past we have had a retreater needing a chair for many of their poses, one practicing with only one leg…the spectrum is wide. Just do what your body says yes to, and Rachel and her assistant will help every way they can. I recommend reaching out to for quick replies to any other retreat questions. There are a few spots left in our March retreat, and we hope you will be able to fill one of them!
