Your connection to the Earth element begins with a dogsled journey across the Arctic landscape and includes grounding meditations around the fire, sacred nature rituals, centering yoga practices and herbal medicine.
Connect through Air
Woven into the element of air is storytelling, heart-centered sharing circles, a reindeer initiation, and marveling at the Northern Lights on a snowmobile safari in the wilderness.
Ignite your Fire
The fire element has us moving our bodies! Through active meditation and sacred sauna ritual including both fire and ice, we’ll warm up and cool down as we gather courage to experience one of the Icehotel’s “ice rooms” for an unforgettable night.
Flow with Water
The water element guides us into gentle yoga practices, emotional expansion, cold plunges in the Arctic river, culminating in a peaceful candlelit surrender.

Day 1
Earth
Find Your Ground
Arrival at Kiruna Airport: Begin your retreat adventure with a dog sled ride through the Arctic wilderness, soaking in the pristine natural surroundings as you’re brought to Jukkasjärvi the most Nordic way possible.
Guided Tour & Evening Reflection: Explore the awe-inspiring Icehotel, have a drink in the frozen bar, and then enjoy a two-course meal. Close the day with journaling and herbal medicine in a cozy fireside lounge.
Gather in a Sami Lavvu: Join us in a lavvu (traditional Sami tipi) to open the retreat. Sitting on reindeer furs around a warm fire, you’ll meet the group with a warm cup of lingonberry infusion in your hands. Here we ground together and set our intentions for the retreat.
Day 2
Air
Rewild Your Spirit
Morning Yoga: Start your day with a heart-centered yoga practice in the Shala, followed by a sharing session.
Reindeer Adventure: Connect with the northern culture through a visit to the local Sami center. Here you get to learn about indigenous culture and feed a herd of reindeer before gathering for lunch cooked over open fire. Over a cup of traditional “kokkaffe”; fire brewed coffee, we gather for storytelling around the hearth.
Afternoon Practice: Return to the Shala for a yoga practice and heart-opening exploration readying you for the evenings adventure.
Northern Lights Safari: A true one-of-a-kind experience! We head out into the wilderness on snowmobiles to explore the landscape by night in search of Aurora Borealis; the northern lights. We gather for dinner at a wilderness camp in the mountains, merging fine dining with nature’s own firework show.
Day 3
Fire
Awaken Your Body
Dynamic Meditation: Return to your most primal self through a powerful dynamic meditation.
Sacred Sauna Ritual: Explore one of Sweden’s most cherished rituals by stepping into an immersive sauna experience that will cleanse both your body and soul.
Ice Room Check-in: Time to leave your warm room and check in to your ice room for the night.
“Ice Menu” Dinner: Enjoy the iconic Ice Menu at the restaurant before settling into the lounge for a journaling session and herbal medicine.
Night in the Icehotel: Gather your courage and check off a bucket list item: spend the night in a room entirely made of ice!
Day 4
Water
Let Your Heart
Lead The Way
Morning Yoga: Wake up in the Icehotel and enjoy a morning Yoga session focusing on the water element.
Snowshoe Hike & Fireside Lunch: Hike the snowy landscape and enjoy an outdoor lunch on a hilltop by the fire and afterward, unwind with an optional cold plunge and rejuvenating sauna session.
Closing Ceremony: Open your heart and step into a place of deep surrender for a precious evening practice.
