You will get comfortable, close your eyes, let your shoulders drop, and soften your face. Then tune into the breath. Allow each one to unravel a layer surrounding your heart. What are you holding in your heart space? What feeling is lingering there? Whatever it is, it makes sense. And all you have to do is sit with it.
